Maintenance
It is essential for commercial heating and cooling products to be maintained quarterly to ensure that the unit’s performance and lifespan is optimal.
Every technician on staff is HVAC certified. Each quarter, the service technician will check the following on each commercial heating and cooling unit (replacing the filters and belts). Each quarter a write up is sent out detailing the units conditions as well as any repairs needed. Each unit will have documentation left onsite with repairs noted so that it is evident when units are needing to be assessed for replacement:
- Bearings
- Belts
- Filters
- Blower motor
- General condition of the unit
During the heating season the following will be checked:
- Ventor motors
- Combustion chambers
- Flame sensors
- Burners
- Heat exchangers
- Economizers
During the cooling season the following will be checked:
- Compressors
- Pressures
- Economizers
- Condensor fan motors
- Condensor coils
- Evaporator coils
- P-traps
- Drain pan
